3. Design Agenda with Times, Goals, etc……..
4. Circulate Agenda
5. Assign and Clarify Roles
6. Include previuous Minutes and Action Items

DURING the Meeting, Assure ;

1. Clear Goals and Roles
2. An Agenda
3. Involve everyone
4. Recognize Participation
5. Remain Concise, No “Side Trips”
6. Review, Summarize, Agree Action Plans
